Sourdough Bread Descriptions // all made from 100% organic flour, most of which is regionally grown and stone ground
Wild Levain- classic sourdough sandwich bread, made with bread flour and organic wheat & rye. (vegan)
Whole & Oats- 100% whole grain wheat loaf with oat flakes, now baked as a pan loaf (vegan)
Three Seed Boule- sesame, poppy and fennel on the outside and a little bit on the inside for some texture. Made with 100% stoneground flour this loaf is versatile, great for sandwiches and avocado toast (vegan)
Deli Rye- is back!! This is a seedless rye sandwich bread with ground caraway. instead of caraway seeds (vegan)
Sesame Durum- made with Durum flour & organic bread flour, this loaf has a flavor that is complemented well by the sesame seeds it’s coated in. (vegan)
Three Seed- a sandwich sourdough made with a light blend of flavorful seeds including sesame, poppy & fennel. (vegan)
Honey Spelt- one of my personal favorites, this loaf is made with 100% organic flour- whole grain Spelt flour & Rye flour, and local honey. It is earthy and not as dense as the Brotgewurz but also not quite as fluffy as the white flour based sandwich loaves. Works great for sandwiches, toast and stays fresh the longest of any of the loaves.
Cranberry Walnut- sourdough loaf with cranberries and walnuts swirled through out. (vegan)
Brotgewurz Rye- this is a dense, German style rye. It’s made with 100% organic Rye flour and toasted coriander, caraway and fennel seeds. (vegan)
