This is a two layer cake made from one 8” cake round, with one layer of house made rhubarb jam inside, topped with glaze and daisies. The cake layer is a vanilla / yellow cake that I use for most of my cakes, made with organic stone ground flour from Janie’s Mill.

8” cake, feeds 8-10 people.
